If you want, call it a “social media detox”, a “social media break”, an “internet cleanse” a “hiatus” or “limited use week”, depending on how you use it.

There is so much online noise, and you need a break from it to focus on other things, tune into yourself, hear yourself, and get stuff done. I say “social media” because there’s where people tend to spend unproductive time, but if you don’t spend much time on social media, maybe you have other online potholes, such as spending hours reading celebrity gossip or gaming.     This 7-day program is only a complete ban if you want it to be. Depending on how, when, why and how often you’re online in a typical week, it could drastically reduce your time online. Imagine how productive you’ll be!

  • I’m scared. Can I handle this?

    Absolutely! There’s a difference between a planned break and a “Holy sh*t, the power just went out while I was in the middle of something, and when will I get the internet back??” scenario. You’ll be prepared mentally and with resources. As always, I’ve got you.
